Refunds

14-day refund policy

If Booked, Not Ghosted isn’t useful for your studio, email vinaysuneja-7m3jzn@mail.grokbot.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. Please include your order email so we can find the payment.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our checkout provider. After 14 days, purchases are final because this is a downloadable product.
